aCreativeAndroid 17th Jan 2024Build a small radio station near the city and one between the port area and new farming district/area... These will be leased off to civilian company's for a small economy gain and for minimum setup costs, this shoud increase peoples happiness and therefore increase stability. Thay will however be monitored for revolutionary or anti-killburn messages, as this would allow them to be a tool for "terrorists" if un-monotered.
