I am concerned about the active construction of military buildings in the Phronian empire, because most often after a country sharply strengthens itself in its territories, this country will soon strengthen itself in foreign territories. so I will expand on x481 y152 and build a launchpad there. build some colonies near the volcano on x184 y304 and some industries there -
