This uses NEUT in glass to make PHOT, which pass through INVS to re-form as NEUT. Once the NEUT escapes, some will return to repeat the process. PHOT may escape too. Cap off with a layer of QRTZ to make it a photon-only duper! NOTE:It self-regulates ~65k

    The concept is simple: A GLAS circle to clone PHOT from NEUT and some INVS to create NEUT from PHOT. Works even in void, no reflection needed!

    I once made a similar thing to this but with polonium, non-enriched glass (0 life), and it was much less efficient +1
