This thing has an anti overheat protection and a cooler to shut it off if it melts. and if you remove both, it melts down destroying itself almost completely. +1

I can tell this isnt a proper reactor just because of the use of CLNE. Nuclear reactors use that water to cool. Im sorry, but -1.
