the # of planets aculy depends. first, the planets need to in the hill speere witch is the area the stars' gravity is dominates other stars' gravity. second, the planets need to be spaced out so they dont afect each others orbits thru gravity, otherwise, there are 2 sonerios, 1. planets will fly outof the system, 2. colied and merge.
