I made a computer again. It can do a lot of stuff the previous one couldn't and can do most stuff that I'd ever wanted a TPT computer to do. It definitely can churn out Fibonacci numbers and primes. Check the relevant forum thread too.

It also explodes when selecting the Mandelbrot demo by holding '4' sometimes -
LBPHacker 1st May 2025Update on the issue: it seems to manifest only if you run the Fibonacci demo. So I guess you now have an idea of what to do if you want an explosion, and what to do if you don't.
