    oh! i think atleast some of the conductive material was supposed to transfer heat? i dont think it can though, just spark - dont know if the neut actually provides pressure to the uranium either (nor do i know if it has any reaction to neut]

    some could say that any reaction is a reactor, which is why bioreactors and chemical reactors exist - but yes this is a reactor (as it is based on real life reactors, which use uranium i believe]
