NEREUS MK1 is a preheat-breeder cycle semi-destroyable fusion drive. It runs on only water, and can function in reactor-only mode. Water is used as fuel as well as reaction mass - exhaust is composed of superheated steam and fusion waste products.

if there are any gases in the chamber prior to igniton they can prevent the NEUT from igniting the DEUT

I've set the temp of the dlay pixel at the neut gun to 200, seems to work fine this way

the neutron beams fire continuosly for 40 frames

I think it's because the timing's off - the neuts fire too early, way before the deut gets injected

ignition keeps failing more and more often for some reason...
