I think the problem of the cylinder is about the exhaust system so I think that if you replace the VENT with WHOL it should be better (replace it only on the cylinder that has the problem tho) -

it breaks if you run it on liquid oxygen and hydrogen -

you should stagee the pistons firing to help simulate a real engine
