Plasmatic Stability Charge: Requiem by Otatopman
Generation 3 (PSC). Uses the Plasmatic Stability mechanic to create self-contained gaseous superheated projectiles. This specific Charge both adresses prevous problems and is a straight upgrade in penetration/spread. Note: The Ceramic weakness is known.
