Meh, i mean its nice but you just use a layer of FILT which is an indestructable material, so the only thing this is proof is bomb proof. Conv is cheaty BUT you can use inert conv if you're ysing filt which will make the VIBR stronger if you work out how.

Unfortunately from heat & absorbing particles, the VIBR can decompose into EXOT spontaneously. Which poisons it like you said.
