The furry community is a small community. Besides, even they'd side against you for the mutilation and stuff. The world is not your wonderland where everyone is happy with you, and the living conditions of your people probably suck, so no one is happy with the unrighteously high taxes for bad living conditions. In fact, if this was real life most people in your country would flee due to the horrid conditions.
