    Connect some tunnel systems to Bloxia to allow us to trade easier, and try to establish soil by planting a lot of hardy mosses and lichens once the dust's settled. Have various nets and filters to try and catch dust to use for research, filtering, and restoration of soil.

    Create a greater network of underground trains in order to better transport people and things, and make sure all tunnel walls in New Vaznia are radiation resistant and hard to collapse. Restart progress on decontamination by first cooling down various blast areas and then dumping filtered ocean water (less salt, that's all) onto the wastes using various large crop dusters.

    RNV: Grow more crops in underground facilities where there is less radiation, exposed to the sun but shielded radiation resistant glass. Selectively breed and modify various crops to grow in such conditions better. Continue reconstruction of East and West Vaznia, and send some funding and construction equipment to QHT.
