Umzachi - If we are going to do geopolitical stuff, can everyone make a treaty to stop using nukes and weapons of mass destruction? (chemical warfare, biological warfare, etc.)

The heavy armor is to survive handheld explosives and anti tank mines, basically to "whipe the problem out before the problem whipes it out"

I (aeiouman's brother) would like to improve city building structure to be more resistant to natural disasters such as earthquakes or hurricanes, along with creating things around the coast to lessen the effect of flooding or tsunamis.

Normall I (aeiouman's brother) would recommend a 30mm-60mm autocannon with kinetic rounds for infantry fighting, but since it is heavy infantry, I am not sure.
