todo: fuel pool cleanup/cooling system, RHR SDC, RHR LPCI, low pressure core spray, containment sprays, drywell coolers, main control room, reactor building service water and reactor building closed loop cooling water, plant service water, SAFETY SYSTEMS, condensate storage, reactor water cleanup system (?), moisture seperator reheater along with HP drains to high pressure feedwater heaters
