I would turn the tungsten into a powder, add graphite, heat it to 2000 C, add cobalt gaind through radioactive decay as a binding agent, and then compact it into molds that are shaped for my current needs.I would then sinter it at 1600 C to produce tungsten carbide in any shape that I please.

I also set up a facility next to the power plant that extracts produced rhenium from the fusion reactor and produces tungsten from the rhenium through neutron transmutaition. I also collect the produced hafnium - 182 from the fusion reactor and alow it to decay into tungsten.
