  Qualifications: invented zain, invented a way to trigger SPRK even when being erased by DRAY, created some of the strongest azure bombs (or at least they were at the time, I haven't checked with newer scales), done some work with phantom matter, created a bunch of weapons id:2962809, etc. I think at least one of those should qualify me to me a tier 3 member.
