    since it's against the rules, it will not be accepted in the ranks, but if it were, I would probably put the two layer phantom matter in seconed place do to it's super low particle count

    Not made in 2026, but seems quite relevant... Phantom matter seems great for this. id:2968121. Seems rather resilient, the two layer version is quite particle cheap. I didn't invent phantom matter, but I did publicize it. I added the code to the game that makes the two layer version possible. Seems rather practical. Ignore the emp in the save; what matters is the alloy.
