they are probably going to destroy our probes. then we lose money. titan has lots of money in fuel. sell fuel = money = repeat

IDC, just don't be so ambitious, you're a beginning space program and Titan is way too far for you and your current budget
they are INHABITED the whole reason going to titan is because its rich in liquids and unhabited
Also dude for your first steps out of Earth orbit don't just go to Titan, at least send some probes to the Moon and Mars so you can get some experience with this and not have your rockets exploded
