if acid is HCl and forms salt water with the salt being regular table salt (NaCl) then base must NaOH i think

only because they release less fumes than other acids or bases, and are easier to obtain. since both base and acid release fumes when heated, i think they are far more similar to sulfuric acid and ammonia.

yea but HCl and NaOH are sort of the standards

also acid and base have no specific parallel to any type of acid or base. the salt solution could be any salt, the acid could be any acid, the base could be any base.

if you unpause you can literally see the difference. in one reaction, salt water is produced. in the other, barely anything.

BASE is just sodium hydroxide, and ACID is hydrochloric acid

Funfact: BASE is more reactive with NBLE than it is with ACID...

Okay, ACID does have layers; they just don't behave like BASE, according to the Wiki.
