if any 1 channel trip in an RPS division (A or B) and any 1 channel trip in the other RPS division, a full scram will occur

RPS will trip on a 1 out of 2 twice trip signal and is currently set so systems with 3 or more instruments will require at least 2 instruments to give a trip signal to prevent spurious actuations as well as to still retain reliability when 1 trip signal fails
