I made a computer again. It can do a lot of stuff the previous one couldn't and can do stuff that for a long time I didn't think a TPT computer might ever do. It definitely can run C++. Check the relevant forum thread too.

Watermelon0254: We can have larger memory; even this computer can be given 4x as much memory as it has in this save. In general, we can't easily have memory wider than the computer because the access machinery needs to be able to physically be under all of the columns of memory it accesses (usually via LDTC moved by PSTN or something similar).

LogikDOS: R3 was a year ago lol, and yes you can attach external devices. There isn't a huge variety of those right now because they take effort to build, but uh yeah I accept requests...

Come to think of it, it doesn't particularly matter, being the particle cap. We will never run doom unless you can somehow condense the heck out of it. Which kinda defeats the purpose.

...Well, either way, if those ports do what i think they do, we could have flash drives. And a flash drive means that is irrelevant, because you can add more.

While i have no experience in this, is there a reason we can't have larger ROMs? I can't help but feel it could be extended to the left and right rather than just up and down. Also, layered ROMs when.
