If pscn absorbs all light that hits it, is pscn just a perfectly black color for things living in the powder toy?

Here's the bland answer: Yes. Because of the ocntrst, the black is so black that it contrasts against the black.

but for it to be transparent the photons would have to pass through it but as you can see the pscn is absorbing the photons

tpt photons only have visible spectrum, and quartz would be a strange rainbow substance albeit if you look at wiki, there are a few elements (like acid i think) that reflect their own colour so would appear it to a stkmn if he had eyes and was not a flesh vessel for the player
