    Alongside using big ass planes using the same tech as hyperboats for air. Both propeller and engine powered, they will sail thru seas and expand thru terrain. Sea variants will be able to be refuelable with the tech of seaplanes with giant hyrdogen canisters to float for short time to grab enough water fuel

    Send in Hyperboats, big ass ships with thrusters that burn the literal air and combine solar panel energy and electroyis to make fuel & oxidizer from water, Send them south to conquer the south pole and use cars with spikes on the bottom to extract fuel from the very ground to fire
