  Sorry to anyone that sees the text inside the save that says it included the spall liner after muchthingking i dint include it and redesign it to not have it btw the qrtz you see there is for spalliing since i realised it should have 40 degrees conical spall not 10 degrees it add more spalling to energy weapon
