A custom armour plate I made. Decently effective against PHOT Penetrators, Kinetic Thermal Penetrators, HEs, HEATs, and HESHes. Uses layers of QRTZ to disperse and scatter PHOT penetrators, and 2 layers of 2-layer staggered INSL blocks, and CRMC plates.
