Neurosdk - azure mechanism was originally defined (by the guy who invented it) as the combination of GBMB with superenergized WARP (the kind that you get from EXOT explosions). People add any number of other things into azures but the basic requirement has always been GBMB+WARP

update like 30 seconds later: found a proton explosion
i got 2 reactions, one is a nuclear, the other is a NEUT-GRVT burst. The NEUT-GRVT one is also pretty unlikely to happen.
