    I would make the flash bang with C5 and Fuse so i makes a blast of cold plasma. I know its not "light" but it does glow.

    Ok, a lot of people have asked for singularity grenades, and I've tried very hard to get one to work. Don't get your hopes up that I will be able to make one, but if I can I will post it.
