    Pff. Best way to quit: Every cigarette you smoke goes into the same glass of water. Leave it sit. At the end of each week, drink that water.

    as a smoker myself i would not suggest that anybody pick up the habit. it isn't all ppl make it out to be you know? Death sticks are what i call cigarettes cuz each 1 takes a few days off ur life
