    Well damn, sorry for being ignorant, I suspected I was "missing something", but thought no one would go deeper in this :) Thecowdiva, well, in the first and second versions of this city there was no ocean here :D I just keeped the name while adding the ocean. Let's just think it's a desert next to an ocean, we're not in the real world so anything can happen.

    @Dwotci, in deserts there can be rain/lightning. Have you ever heard of flash floods?

    The heli is very very old, lol, that's why. And the lightning... it's in the goddamn desert, there are no rains/lightnings :D

    Wait why does the heli explode with water? What happens when it rains? And what happens to the building when there's lightning?
