    @Tulucanz i doubt it. it doesnt look like it at all. and last time i checked, i don't think the citizens swapped their pre war outfits and shot glasses for power armour and assualt rifles.

    i don't know which one is the overseer, but i only see two people behind office desks. and they both have chambers behind them. :b
