    @killerthealmighty Oh I understand now. Vaults were constructed to shelter people from the horrors of nuclear war and some were scheduled to open on set dates; whilst others were sealed never to be opened again.

    i mean was there a war that caused it to be built for protection for citizens or was it for the military?
