    You can also try to make either "laser tommygun" (I don't remember it's in-game name) or the alien's laser from Mothership Zeta (Fallout 3 DLC)!

    Yeah, this really is like the Plasma Rifle from Fallout 3 (NV too), that was mostly common among members of the Enclave. Not bat btw!)
