A powerplant that uses a contained black hole to create electricity. A combined cycle plant (which exists in real life) runs nearby and creates pollution, which is sucked into the black hole, creating heat, boiling water, and spinning turbines. Enjoy!

    thie almost compeletly enviremently friendly except you would have to keep getting gas from the earth and eventuly you would run out
