    If won't mely stuff faster, but try it, and the ray is bigger too.

    it won't melt stuff faster if the beam is red.

    Ambient heat, the laser turns red, the sides keep shooting, and it melts stuff faster.

    Yep, the bug will be fixed in the next version. *When you go to a save after this one, flick Newtonian Gravity on, unpause, turn it off again, then reload the save.*

    In order to fix this just switch newtonian gravity on and back off... Then reload the save and it's fixed.

    This save causes problems for me. If I load a save without Newtonian Gravity it will do strange things. As someone further pointed out the gravity map doesn't update without the Newtonian Gravity option.
