    No. It means the same thing as ripped, buff, defined, etc. It's mainly used for marketing purposes. Really all it "means" is that someone has a low bodyfat percentage

    Eat right. Diet is important too, eat food with carbs before a workout, eat food with protein after a workout. Workout on monday, tuesday, and friday, the rest are rest days

    Do bodyweight exercises. I recommend you read Convict Conditioning 1 and 2, those are good for bodyweight exercises. Lifting weights is good too but bodyweight exercises give you functional strength
