    WHAT DO YOU MEAN ACTIVATE? its a bunker.... if you want another shield, blow up the c4 at the side. it isnt just a red dome, its made of somewhat strong materials

    A little late to the party here, but it's interesting to see how the reporting on asking for votes was lax back in the day. It's apparent on other old saves, as well.
