simple design but major stoppage on deut nukes. unfortunately it doenst stop plut nukes, it just neutrilises neutrons form a deut nuke.

    By nuke, we mean a pure, photon or neatron bomb, not one mixed with explosives.

    I just tested it out, yes, it does work in the bunker theory, however you have to put someone that doesn't conduct the electrons, but yes, it works. Nice idea. ^_^
