    search for Diamond Powder, and find the one by jman42. it tells you step by step how to make eqve through the console, which is actually a very easy task.

    can i suggest that you use EQVE? that would withstand a nuke blast, if placed correctly. EQVE is a secret element, diamond powder, in other words, that you can create via the console.

    thant's obvious because it's a FALLOUT shelter not a BOMB shelter. It's meant to withstand radiation from a nuclear detonation at a acceptable distance (15km)
