ok like jjbagley said, there is already water AND since water molecules are not isotopes, you cant add Oxygen to it... dude... do the research... -

Yeah, also water is slightly corrosive but dissolving DMND?! And turning to Uranium?!?! DO you know anything about chemistry at all -
