    befor you unpause, you cn deleat the cyan and orange things, and the radiation is represented by the radiating protons

    you can just use an element name for the third argument and it will set all elements of that type, or you could use an element id, or coordinates / a box.

    probably tpt.set_property("dcolor", 0xAARRGGBB, <otherargs>, ...)
