JonaHungary: It is possible to make an overcharge detector with a similar design. I've seen two, but it looks like they are unpublished. But basically, keep the LITH away, then use PSTN to move it nearby to transfer charge. Then it somehow detects the overcharge and stops moving it near the main cell. This is the idea I've seen, feel free to play around with it or come up with another similar idea.

also whats the command to make things have the sparkle effect?
