THe adder is incrementive, meaning the adding mechanism can work on any number of bits, i'd say 60% of construction is for timing, 30% - IO, and only 10% - the adder itself. To use simply spark pscn/nscn to turn bits on and off and then spark "Add"

eh, i was going to make a 16 bit one, since its incremntive, modifying to 32 bits wont be that hard
