After making the smallest ROM i decided to take up the challenge of creating the smallest RAM there ever was.
Luckily i succeded and came up with this:

Stores up to 3072 bits, which makes this the largest memory storage device in The Powder Toy.
It can perform basic functions such as Read, Write or Delete. Select one of these functions and then pick an adress. Beware the delete function is timed so be quick when deleting anything. One other thing that needs mentioning is the fact that data becomes corrupt after being read, this is not a bug but its best that you delete anything you have just read.
Please give feedback as there a are a few bugs.

@Crionis (View Post) nice but could you maybe try to make a 12 or even 16 bit one?
Oh and the read is supposed to do that. I could fix it but would take a while plus all you have to do when that happens is delete that line.
