    Micro brain. Mibn. Shrink zoom to one pixel, put it over it and it gives 5x5 space to put anything. Perhaps place a few and make a lcry controller. Just an idea.

    You're talking about putting 25 pixels into the space of one. That would decrease the FPS about... 25-fold.
    Also, zoom goes to 4 pixels minimum.

    I heard about something like that in minecraft, but not sure if that's where you got this idea. I personally think this idea is very good, but I don't know how it would be put into the game. But we all know nothing is impossible when it comes to programming.

    I thereby give this idea a +1 because it could shrink electronics considerably to make more advanced machines, but as @billion57 said, it might lag.
