It is true :) But they tested it... and it made the largest crater caused by a nuclear detonation in the world!

make hundreds of reinforced buildings with IRON, CNCT, and STNE. then detonate a very small version of this (to scale) and have it destroy your mini-paris.
Otherwise, it is not a Csar Bomba, because it won't be accurate. It will be a child's model.
