Why all the Beta Saves?!?

This clearly states: any saves in Beta must be private, as most people can't see them.
Why, then, are 1/3 of the saves in the "By Date" sorting beta?!? I haven't seen a beta save in over a year (apart from now), but now they're everywhere!

Most of those people probably haven't read that and there hasn't been a beta for a while.

Either that they forgot to disable saving in TPT++ beta's or something just went wrong.
