Where does the watr go shouldn't it make wtrv?

yeah I know that but shouldn't it still release the wtrv

I know its done too quickly but I'm just saying why not at a super high temperature have it release the wtrv and turn into plsm.

Couln't you make it so it does have a chance to excape? Because it just doesn't make any sense when water just vanishes
