login trouble

    for the last 2 days I have not been able to login to powder toy, not the website the game.

    Please help me i want so save some stuff!

    Could you please describe the error message you got when you couldn't log in? It would be easier to troubleshoot. Check your proxy settings or your firewall. There's probably something preventing powder toy from connecting to the server. This could be a separate issue with your username. Try replacing the "_" with a "-". Or make sure you type your user in correctly (it's case sensitive)

    it says Error: Username or Password incorrect.

    It might be a character in your password that is not recognised. you can always change your password in your profile settings.

    make sure you capitalize the P in your name, both usernames and passwords are case sensetive
