Why are moving photons not working in beta 86.2?

It's not working in my computer though.. I'm going to try to download the beta again, hopefully "moving photon" works now.. :) example: !set vx phot -1 doesn't work in my computer( beta 86.2).. 10 min later it's not working. :(
